As Slamdance kicks off in Park City, we are proud to announce GO (HD) as the official mobile broadcast tool for 2012's Park City festival. Slamdance takes place January 20th-26th and showcases the year's best (truly) independent films and filmmakers.

GO (HD) mobile app for iPhone launched worldwide in November and has been welcomed and acclaimed by nearly every design/lifestyle brand on the forward fringe of tech culture. Aptly described by one user as "like.. the future of realtime personal broadcast - GPS filtered, videotwitter". Though, more technologically speaking, GO is GPS based, instant mobile broadcasting.

GO's involvement in Slamdance began when they were invited by Disposable Film Festival founder, Carlton Evans to be the official sponsor of DFF's screening on Monday the 23rd. GO and Slamdance informally partnered for the event after assessing the obvious benefits of having a live, tag filterable, entirely crowd-sourced feed of photo and video from every event at the festival – not only inside of the app, but online as well at http://goapp.tv/SLAMDANCE.

GO (HD) for iPhone is currently available for download in the App Store. The Android version will be available in the Android Market January 20th, 2012.
