Checking In?
Today is the first official day of our Festival! It's almost like sending your child off on their first day of school and anxiously watching the bus drive away with them. Did you pack their lunch? All their books? That carefully whittled shiv? There is a definite level of excited tension buzzing about the Treasure Mountain Inn today and all the staff are working over time to make sure every last poster is strung and projection screen erected (ha, erected).
The Box Office Team are working to make sure all those tickets for our fabulous films are ready for purchase and collection so be sure to try and keep those lines orderly otherwise the cute pink one might open some whoop ass on you (she's tiny but has ninja skills). Our Lobby looks fun and festive, especially with are awesome new t-shirts sporting the new logo for 2008 (product plug...plug plug plug!) so even if you don't plan on catching any of the Films (because you know, why would you want to do that at a Film Festival?) then at least come and stop by to check out all our new gear. Oh yeah and buy some because it's rad.
